Istanbul private tour with driver
Your own car and driver for 8 to 10 hours. Choose the European or the Asian side, and plan the stops around what you want to see.
Sapanca and Maşukiye by private car
Lake Sapanca and the forest streams of Maşukiye, about two hours east of Istanbul. Your own car and driver for 10 to 12 hours, at your pace.
Riva and the Black Sea by private car
Riva castle and beach on the Black Sea, the green village of Polonezköy and lunch at Anadolu Kavağı.
How the transfer works
Send your flight number, the date, your landing or departure time, the hotel and the number of passengers and suitcases. Our team confirms the vehicle and the pickup time on WhatsApp.
On arrival, go to the meeting point we send you. Your driver or our airport representative meets you there with a name sign and takes you to the car. On departure, your driver picks you up at the hotel door with enough time for check-in.
Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW)
Istanbul Airport is on the European side, north of the city. Most international flights land here. The Vito costs €50 one way.
Sabiha Gökçen is on the Asian side and is used by many low-cost airlines. It is further from the old city, so the Vito costs €60 one way.
The driving time depends on your hotel and on traffic. Allow extra time in the morning and evening rush hours, especially for departures.
Which vehicle do I need?
The Vito carries up to 6 passengers, children included, and up to 6 large suitcases. If you are 7 or more, or travel with a lot of luggage, choose the VIP Sprinter for up to 14 passengers. For larger groups we send a midibus or a coach with 27 to 55 seats.

Good to know

- Your driver waits for you up to 30 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
- Child seats on request
- Child seats are not in the car by default. Ask for one when you book and we will add it.
- Cash to the driver
- You pay the driver in cash. No deposit and no online payment.
- Extra hours
- Each hour beyond your booked transfer or tour is €20.
Does the price include both directions?
No. The price is per vehicle, one way. Book the return as a second transfer with your departure flight.
Is the price per person?
No. It covers the whole vehicle. The Vito carries up to 6 passengers including children.
Can 6 people with luggage fit in one car?
Yes. The Vito carries up to 6 passengers including children and up to 6 suitcases; tell us the number and size of your bags when you book. For a larger group, the VIP Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers, with luggage space confirmed at booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send your flight number with the booking so we can plan the pickup around your actual landing time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. A no-show is charged in full.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Up to 30 minutes after your flight lands, at no extra cost.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us when you book and we will add a child seat.
How do I pay?
In cash to the driver. No deposit and no online payment.
Should I tip the driver?
A tip is not included in the price. The price you book already covers the car with driver, fuel, bridge tolls and parking. Tipping is your choice, and the amount is up to you.

Ho trascorso una bellissima giornata con mia moglie grazie al tour di kerim. Abbiamo fatto il giro con il quad , giro sulla funivia e anche la zipline , giro all'acquario e lo zoo dei felini. Ci ha portati a fare una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti! Grazie davvero di cuore Kerim

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole giornata facendo tante attività diverse . La più bella in assoluto la funivia! Con un bellissimo panorama della città dopo il tramonto . Ma soprattutto kerim è stato eccezionale ! Visto il nostro inglese un po' scarso,lui pazientemente ha tradotto sul suo telefono ogni spiegazione in italiano per noi e ci ha aiutati in ogni attività ! Anche se abbiamo pranzato un po' tardi , la carne era buonissima ( pranzo incluso nel biglietto ) . Ogni altra attività è a pagamento . Ma ne vale la pena .
