Istanbul airport meet and greet: how your driver meets you
Landing in a new city is easier when someone is waiting for you. Here is exactly how the meeting works with a private transfer at Istanbul’s two airports.
Before you fly
Send your flight number, the date and your landing time with the booking, together with the hotel address and the number of passengers and suitcases. Our team confirms the vehicle and the meeting details on WhatsApp.
Keep WhatsApp on your phone when you land. It is the fastest way to reach the team if anything changes.
After landing
Go through passport control, collect your luggage and walk out to the arrivals hall. Before your flight we tell you exactly where to go. At that meeting point your driver, or our representative at the airport, is waiting with a sign showing your name and walks you to the car.
The meeting works the same way at Istanbul Airport (IST) and at Sabiha Gökçen (SAW).
If your flight is late
Because you sent your flight number, we plan the pickup around your real landing time, not the time printed on the ticket. Your driver waits up to 30 minutes after landing at no extra cost. If passport control or baggage takes longer, message us on WhatsApp.
What it costs
The meeting is part of the transfer. You pay one fixed price for the whole vehicle, one way.

What it is not
Our service is the private car and driver from the arrivals hall to your hotel. Fast-track passport lanes and airport lounges are separate airport services and are not part of the transfer.
Where will my driver wait at Istanbul Airport?
At a set meeting point in the arrivals hall that we send you before your flight. Your driver or our airport representative holds a sign with your name.
How long does the driver wait?
Up to 30 minutes after landing at no extra cost, and we follow your flight if it is delayed.
Do I pay at the airport?
You pay the driver in cash. There is no deposit.

Ho trascorso una bellissima giornata con mia moglie grazie al tour di kerim. Abbiamo fatto il giro con il quad , giro sulla funivia e anche la zipline , giro all'acquario e lo zoo dei felini. Ci ha portati a fare una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti! Grazie davvero di cuore Kerim

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole giornata facendo tante attività diverse . La più bella in assoluto la funivia! Con un bellissimo panorama della città dopo il tramonto . Ma soprattutto kerim è stato eccezionale ! Visto il nostro inglese un po' scarso,lui pazientemente ha tradotto sul suo telefono ogni spiegazione in italiano per noi e ci ha aiutati in ogni attività ! Anche se abbiamo pranzato un po' tardi , la carne era buonissima ( pranzo incluso nel biglietto ) . Ogni altra attività è a pagamento . Ma ne vale la pena .
